Survey

As part of a survey we would observe all environmental situations and evaluate the proposed path for suitability and identify any potential issues in the proposed design.

Plan

Quality planning is essential to the success of any project. Our key personnel will set out objectives, consider problems and offer solutions to overcome any potential difficulties.

Cable

Cable route planning and installation either underground (UG) utilizing duct’s and joint boxes or overhead (OH) hung between telegraph poles, or a combination of the two.

Splice

We can provide both the fusion and the mechanical methods of fibre splicing with added splice testing. Achieving the perfect splice is critical to network performance.

Backhaul

Whatever your requirements we have the expertise to implement the backhaul design. We can install several types of mast, pole installation, groundworks, over head and under ground cabling.

Site Survey

Observation of direct line between points to identify any potential physical or environmental obstructions and locating suitable equipment mounting points.

CPE Installation

Full installation and set up of customer premises equipment by knowledgable engineers with top level customer service experience. You can rest easy that your customers are in good hands.

Test

A full performance evaluation of the components of the fibre optic or fixed wireless network to ensure a correct installation. Data is gathered and full analysis produced, identifying possible points of failure.

Commission

We take a series of steps to prove that the network installation meets requirements specified by either the manufacturer of the equipment within the system or the owner of the installation, often both.

Hand Over

The handover is a pivotal time that can either make or break a projects success. When done correctly, the project should continue to run smoothly and the transition so seamless it's as if it never happened.
